What if half the samagri is missing on the day?
Your written checklist separates the standard samagri from items the host keeps ready. Confirm the exact split and how substitutions or unavailable items will be handled before payment.
What if I pay in full and no one turns up?
Under our standard policy, you pay 25% to confirm and the balance after the ceremony. If we cannot deliver the confirmed service, the advance is refunded in full; processing and bank timing follow the refund policy.

Before paying, ask us to confirm the assigned pandit’s name, language, relevant ceremony experience and agreed ritual scope, plus any checks actually completed for that person. The site does not currently publish evidence of a universal identity, background or vidhi-verification programme, so do not infer a credential unless it appears in your booking confirmation. What exactly is included in the price?
The starting price, excluding GST, covers the pandit's dakshina, all listed samagri and travel within city limits. Your final written quote includes GST and clearly lists any long-distance travel, larger-ceremony costs or optional add-ons before you pay.
Do I really only pay 25% upfront?
Under our standard policy, you pay 25% to confirm and the remaining 75% after the ceremony. If we cannot deliver the confirmed service, the advance is refunded in full; processing and bank timing follow our refund policy. Your written booking confirmation controls any custom term.
Can the pandit perform our specific tradition?
Tell us your language and sampradaya — North or South Indian, Smarta, Vaishnava, Iyer, Iyengar or another tradition. We seek a suitable match; before payment, ask us to confirm the assigned pandit’s language, relevant experience and agreed ritual scope.
What if I need to reschedule my puja?
You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the ceremony, directly over WhatsApp. Within 48 hours we'll do our best to accommodate based on pandit availability.
Can I book a puja for my family in India from abroad?
Yes. We can coordinate the ceremony and sankalp across your time zone. Before payment, we confirm whether live participation or a recording is available and whether prasad can be couriered to your destination.
Do you offer astrology or kundli consultations?
Yes. You can consult a Vedic astrologer over WhatsApp, phone or video for a kundli reading, marriage kundli matching, dosha check or muhurat. Share your birth date, time and place (or the approximate part of the day if unsure) and we confirm the available practitioner, language, slot and fee before anything is charged.
